Rachel Kramer

Rachel graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2021 with her bachelor’s in science of nursing where she began her research career studying antibiotic resistance with the department of microbiology. Prior to joining the CIBS center, Rachel cared for patients as a charge nurse on a medical/surgical unit at Tristar Centennial Medical Center. Combing her passion for patient centered care with her interest in evidence based practice models, Rachel is looking forward to contributing to advancing the knowledge of care for critically ill patients.
