Olivia serves as a Clinical/Translational Research Coordinator for the CIBS Long Term Outcomes Team, where she engages in tasks related to the long-term cognitive, physical, and emotional outcomes in survivors of critical illness. Before her time at CIBS, Olivia received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the College of Charleston. Olivia then went on to Furman University to gain her master’s degree in Community Engaged Medicine, where she found a passion for research. Her thesis for her master’s program focused on the mental health resource disparity for children in South Carolina and the long-term impacts of that disparity.
